Note:
1.The regular registration fee is USD 510
2. For a full-time student (first author), the registration fee is USD 470 with a valid student identity card endorsed by the Head of the Institution.
3.Each paid registration only covers one paper under the name of corresponding author.
4.For sponsors and teams to submit multiple papers, please contact the conference secretary/manager; each author (corresponding author) can submit at most 2 papers.
5.The registration outside of China can be paid according the newest currency rate.
6.Registration fee covers conference materials, lunches, coffee Breaks and conference kits during the conference.
7.At least one author of each article should attend the conference and present the paper in person or in the form of video or poster.
8.If you are willing to attend the conference and do presentation without publishing your paper, please email us for an application.
9.Please ensure that all registration fees are paid to us through the banking system in strict accordance with the registration form; the invoice information must be carefully checked with  the author's financial department.
10.The following items are Not included in the registration:
* Accommodation fee
* Visa application fee
* Transportation fee
* others.

Cancellation Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund for personal reasons, the following refund policy is applied.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing formally via email. No shows will NOT be refunded. The organizing committees are not responsible for problems beyond our control such as, weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, etc.
* The organizing committees reserve the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable, and the refund policy shall not apply.

Personal Reason  

The organizer can't refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented because of circumstances which amount to personal reasons, such as health issues, financial default, etc.

Force Majeure  

The organizer can't accept responsibility, refund, or pay any compensation where the conference's performance is prevented or affected by circumstances that amount to "force majeure". Circumstances amounting to "force majeure", including any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

Attention for Participants

1. For the author or presenter: After your submission accepted, you will receive the formal notification of acceptance from AIS 2025. In the notification, there will be detailed registration information.

2. For the listener: If you prefer to attend AIS 2025 without presentation and publication, we suggest you to register as the listener.
